Responsibilities
Manage and execute the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles — from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and pre-employment onboarding.

Deliver consistent communication and excellent service to hiring teams and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Represent Resource Innovations at career fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.
Support initiatives that strengthen RI’s employer brand and highlight the organization’s mission-driven, inclusive culture.
Leverage social media, employee networks, and professional platforms to enhance visibility and candidate engagement.
Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and consistency of recruiting processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting professional and technical roles such as mechanical, electrical, or software engineering positions.
Experience recruiting in consulting, energy efficiency, clean energy, or sustainability sectors preferred.
Strong ability to partner with business leaders and influence through data, insight, and professionalism.
Proven track record sourcing passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, professional associations, and networking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidate and stakeholder experiences.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable preferred) and recruiting analytics.
