About the role

  • Customer Success Manager serving B2B customers in renewable energy sector. Focused on enhancing customer experience and solving technical problems in LATAM market.

Responsibilities

  • Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the LATAM market
  • Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump
  • Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
  • Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat
  • Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team
  • Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation

Requirements

  • C2-level Spanish proficiency and fluent English is required
  • Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success
  • Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
  • Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
  • Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
