Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure our market in Mexico is growing and thriving
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, including solar installers and utilities, to foster long-term partnerships
Contribute to the growth of our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by participating in demo calls and supporting the progression of sales deals
Drive Reonic’s growth by identifying trends within our target personas to optimize our sales approach, while consistently analyzing data to inform strategies
Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively meet client needs and enhance our service offerings
Requirements
Strong knowledge of software sales (2+ years experience), preferably in fast-paced environments like startups or scale ups with a SaaS product
Familiarity with HubSpot or other types of CRM tools, being able to use the data to identify trends
A passion for driving transformation and innovation within the renewable energy sector
Active drive to secure deals in a competitive environment while fostering a supportive and collaborative atmosphere
A proactive and flexible mindset, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all endeavors
Based in Sao Paolo, with a strong understanding of the Mexican and LATAM markets
Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
