Digital Content Marketing Manager driving global digital content strategies for measurable lead growth and enhanced brand visibility across key B2B audiences.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of content marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative environment, setting clear objectives, and aligning projects with the Company’s strategic goals
Manage and enhance the content strategy across all owned digital channels, including the website, social media accounts, and YouTube channels
Own and implement a performance-led social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms
Drive employee advocacy and brand amplification through organic and paid social programmes
Develop and execute robust content strategies that enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall brand visibility
Collaborate with UX and web development teams to ensure content meets technical and accessibility standards
Manage the creation of diverse content forms such as blog posts, social media content, videos, and infographics
Ensure all content is optimised for search engines and effectively distributed across appropriate channels to maximise reach and engagement
Lead highly targeted, data-driven B2B campaigns across paid, social, and third-party channels
Manage end-to-end campaign execution, CRO experiments, retargeting, and audience segmentation
Support marketing strategies by implementing targeted lead-nurturing campaigns and optimising conversion paths
Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance and SEO effectiveness
Work closely with internal teams, partner markets, and regional leads to ensure content alignment and adoption of best practices
Manage the content budget, allocating resources for content production, tools, and paid activity effectively
Lead Managed Services and digital‑transformation projects end‑to‑end.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in digital content roles, ideally within a B2B services environment.
Proven track record in B2B digital content marketing, SEO, and social media strategy
Experience delivering measurable results in lead generation, audience engagement, and conversion metrics
Knowledge of content production across multiple formats, including video, web, and social
Practical experience managing paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
Experience leading a team, with strong skills in team development and performance management
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong analytical skills to evaluate content performance and CRO experiment outcomes to optimise strategies
Proficient with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Conductor, Sprinklr, GA4, FullStory, Optimizely, etc.
Familiarity with image/ video tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
