Responsibilities
Develop and manage the editorial calendar for social media, ensuring consistency and relevance of posts;
Create content strategies aligned with brand objectives, audience education and engagement;
Identify digital trends and creative opportunities in the aesthetics/beauty market, driving continuous innovation;
Draft scripts, briefs and creative concepts for posts, reels, videos and stories;
Oversee content productions, photoshoots and recordings, ensuring quality and adherence to brand positioning;
Ensure consistency of tone, aesthetics and brand identity across all channels;
Monitor engagement and growth metrics, analyzing content performance;
Produce strategic insights and recommend optimizations for continuous improvement of results;
Support the preparation of social media performance reports;
Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, events and influencer relations to promote synergy across initiatives;
Support digital activations related to campaigns, conferences and brand events.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related fields;
Proven experience managing social media accounts and creating content;
Previous experience in editorial planning and developing scripts for social media;
Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn;
Availability to work in a hybrid format, based in the South Zone (Zona Sul) of São Paulo.
