Responsibilities
Culture Scouting: Looking for reactive opportunities in community and culture and ideating ways for clients to engage in those moments in real-time.
Community Management: Monitoring and responding to messages, identifying proactive opportunities to engage new audiences.
Copywriting: Acting as the voice across brand channels, writing copy for community responses and social posts.
Lo-Fi content creation: Creating and editing native lo-fi assets (both meme and video formats) across social platforms.
Influencer Management: Identifying relevant creators, managing the process from identification to briefing.
Reporting: Evaluating organic performance, sharing insights and creative analysis to drive strategy iterations.
Requirements
Two or more years of experience working with social media (agency-side preferable)
A creative, social native: well versed across key social platforms, with experience of creating and editing native lo-fi content (TikTok & Reels)
Immersed in social and popular culture: keeping up with the latest social trends across platforms and popular culture
Quick-witted, with a flair for comedic community management, able to "speak the internet" with understanding of social in-jokes and language
Enjoy working fast: thinking on your feet, adapting and reacting to daily trends
Collaborative: requires in-person communication and collaboration
Pride in your work: meticulous approach to delivering client brands
