About the role

• Join our award-winning Tech Team as an I.T. Graduate to learn and solve business problems with various tools. Hybrid role based in Melbourne, Australia requiring some in-office work.

Responsibilities

• Work with the technical team as well as frequently with our other departments to solve problems.
• Work on tasks that make a real difference.
• Develop processes to streamline customer onboarding experiences. Some interaction with our customers may be required, to guide them through setting up our software.
• Support our software development team with ad-hoc tasks.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation for users of our technology.
• Internal “Tech Support” for our other departments.

Requirements

• A smart cookie, hungry to learn
• A passionate problem-solver
• A humble team player, happy to help on whatever the team needs at any given moment
• Eager to work on tasks that make a real difference, not just get a cool company listed on your resume
• Technical - you're probably a graduate of an IT course like Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or similar
• Data-savvy - know your way around relational databases (MySQL) and have a real interest in data analysis
• May or may not be able to write code - either is fine. This role is more about your ability to learn and solve business problems with different tools and applications
• Any past experience with email marketing systems would be a huge bonus, but not required
