Responsibilities
Act as a strategic analytics partner for Channel Ops and Strategy, translating performance questions into scalable technical and AI-enabled solutions.
Enable teams through data literacy, tooling, and AI usage coaching, reinforcing a strong data-driven and performance-oriented culture.
Identify inefficiencies across the partner lifecycle and propose data- and AI-backed improvements to increase speed, and operational flow.
Translate complex partner and channel data into clear performance narratives, enabling faster and more accurate leadership decisions.
Deliver high-impact visual insights and infographics, combining analytical rigor with executive-level storytelling.
Apply AI-assisted analysis and summarization to accelerate insight generation and improve data consumption across stakeholders.
Build and maintain robust analytical models in SQL and Python, supporting pipeline analysis, partner contribution, conversion rates, and sales strategies.
Leverage Metabase for SQL-based analysis, deep dives, validation, and operational analytics.
Use Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets) as a core analytical and operational layer for data management, reconciliation, and performance modeling.
Develop analytical frameworks for partner incentives, variable compensation, performance tiers, and revenue optimization.
Design and implement automated data flows and reporting pipelines, reducing manual effort and increasing analytical velocity.
Automate data interpretation, documentation, and insight summarization, support scalable knowledge management across partner analytics and enhance consistency and speed in executive reporting and Channel Partners performance reviews.

Requirements
Strong analytical and performance-driven mindset, with experience in Business Intelligence, analytics, data strategy, and/or channel operations within commercial ecosystems.
Advanced technical expertise in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience building scalable data models, automated workflows, and performance frameworks that drive measurable outcomes.
Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets), comfortable managing complex datasets, building pivot tables, financial and performance models, live dashboards, and structured analytical environments; experience with Salesforce, Looker, Metabase, and Google Analytics is required.
Experience designing and maintaining dashboards and data products (Looker, Metabase), with strong attention to usability, clarity, and executive-level storytelling.
Comfortable translating business questions into technical requirements, running analytical deep-dives, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders in clear and structured English.
Naturally structured and detail-oriented; documents processes, embeds data-quality validation checks, and builds governance mechanisms as part of standard practice.
Curious and AI-enabled, with practical interest or experience in leveraging tools such as Gemini and NotebookLM to automate analysis, documentation, and insight scalability.
Willingness to continuously learn, challenge assumptions, and operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, performance-oriented environment.
A collaborative team player who works cross-functionally with Strategy, Ops, Finance, and Commercial teams, balancing autonomy with alignment.
Fluent in English and Portuguese (mandatory), with the ability to operate confidently in global environments.
