About the role

  • Partnerships Intern supporting community engagement efforts at International Justice Mission. Involves training opportunities and relationship building within local churches and organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Secure opportunities for IJM to conduct training for churches, community leaders and the general population
  • Develop and deliver sound theological messages on the biblical call of justice to churches
  • Network/develop key relationships with denominational leaders, civic leaders and pastors
  • Work with existing partnerships in your field office
  • Track monthly targets and maintain reporting dashboard
  • Maintain promotional materials, inventory and ledger
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Other departmental support as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Organizational and administrative skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software and Windows strongly preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish required for Latin America offices
  • Three or more years of relevant professional experience and/or a graduate degree for fellowship
  • Prior work experience with churches for fellowship
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Windows XP for fellowship
  • Experience networking with International and National NGOs, CBOs, faith-based communities and local government for fellowship
  • Fluency in Spanish required for Latin America offices for fellowship.
