Responsibilities
- Monitor productivity and lead meetings with internal managers;
- Lead improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize work and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives;
- Assess operational and team performance;
- Produce detailed operational and quality performance reports;
- Review and adjust goals and strategies as needed, monitoring changes in the business environment and customer needs;
- Improve and maintain management rituals and their evolution;
- Apply PDCA and SDCA methodologies to achieve business objectives (customer satisfaction and productivity);
- Manage capacity and headcount planning (installed capacity);
- Act as a liaison with IT to translate identified needs into technical requirements, bridging business and technology language;
- Partner with the Projects team to adopt new technologies to improve performance and reduce costs;
- Seek insights for innovations (technological or otherwise) to contribute to business development.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Professional experience in strategic planning, performance analysis and monitoring, and continuous improvement;
- Knowledge: Advanced Excel, quality tools, PDCA, Kaizen, and Change Management (Power BI is a plus);
