About the role

  • You manage incoming leads and nurture them
  • You proactively build new customer relationships through cold outreach and networking
  • You conduct product demos and provide tailored advice to prospects
  • You prepare proposals and guide potential customers through to contract signing
  • You diligently record all activities in our CRM system

Requirements

  • Sales experience — ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
  • Passion for digital solutions and modern processes
  • Strong communication skills, target orientation, and ability to take ownership
  • Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent German language skills (English skills are an advantage)
  • Nice to have: Experience with the CRM system HubSpot
  • Nice to have: Industry experience in the rental or leasing business (e.g., vehicles, machinery, equipment)
