Responsibilities
You manage incoming leads and nurture them
You proactively build new customer relationships through cold outreach and networking
You conduct product demos and provide tailored advice to prospects
You prepare proposals and guide potential customers through to contract signing
You diligently record all activities in our CRM system
Requirements
Sales experience — ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
Passion for digital solutions and modern processes
Strong communication skills, target orientation, and ability to take ownership
Structured working style with a hands-on mentality
Excellent German language skills (English skills are an advantage)
Nice to have: Experience with the CRM system HubSpot
Nice to have: Industry experience in the rental or leasing business (e.g., vehicles, machinery, equipment)
