Responsibilities

Requirements
- (Fach-) Hochschulabschluss der Informationstechnik oder eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung auf dem Gebiet der Informations-/Kommunikationstechnik
- bereits erste Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Bereich ACD-Technik, DV- und Netzwerktechnik, Programmier- und Skriptsprachen
- gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2-Niveau)
