About the role
- Systemadministrator focusing on Microsoft 365 and cloud services for energy services provider. Enhancing IT infrastructure efficiency and security in a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- You administer, automate and further develop our hybrid Microsoft infrastructure — with a focus on Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune and the transition from on-premises to cloud-based services
- You implement security, compliance and governance policies and take responsibility for managing Teams and Enterprise Applications
- You use PowerShell and other automation tools to optimize recurring processes and increase efficiency in day-to-day operations
- You evaluate new technologies, support proofs of concept and introduce innovative solutions into production
- You work closely with Service Management, Security and the business units to ensure a secure, high-performance and stable IT environment
Requirements
- You have completed vocational IT training (e.g., Fachinformatiker Systemintegration) or have equivalent professional experience in a similar environment
- You have solid knowledge in administering Microsoft 365 and the associated admin portals
- You have experience with PowerShell scripting, Entra ID/Azure AD, Active Directory (on-premises & cloud) and ideally with Intune and Conditional Access
- You think in a structured way, document thoroughly and proactively seek solutions to improve processes
- You are team-oriented, communicative and have good German language skills (at least B2)
