About the role

  • Call Center Agent in telecommunications for regiocom handling customer inquiries via phone and email. Providing customer support and ensuring satisfaction with service offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries by phone and in writing
  • Answer service questions about plans, products, and services
  • Maintain customer data in our systems
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with common PC applications
  • Enjoy advising customers and resolving customer issues
  • Communicate clearly and in a structured manner
  • Strong PC skills and quick learning ability
  • Interest in telecommunications and sales
  • Work independently and conscientiously
  • Available to work flexible hours
