About the role

  • Call Center Agent in telecommunications offering customer support via phone and email. Engaging with clients on contracts, rates, and billing inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Bring a smile to customers’ faces
  • Support our customers by phone and in writing — covering contracts, plans and billing
  • Respond to service inquiries about plans, products and services
  • Maintain customer data in our systems
  • Contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring clients feel well advised and supported

Requirements

  • Excellent command of German, both written and spoken
  • Proficient with standard PC applications
  • Enjoy advising people and resolving customer issues
  • Ability to work in a structured manner, communicate clearly and think with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong PC skills and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Affinity for telecommunications and sales
  • Able to work independently and conscientiously
  • Flexible availability for working hours
