About the role

  • Customer service representative managing inquiries about contracts, tariffs, and bills with a focus on customer satisfaction in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries about contracts, tariffs and bills — by telephone and in writing
  • Provide support on issues such as supplier changes and electricity and gas connections
  • Act as the voice of customer service and ensure genuine customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Motivation and willingness to learn during our basic training in the first weeks
  • Quality and empathy are essential
  • Help the customer as best as possible already on the first call
  • Enjoy your work
  • Tackle tasks conscientiously and purposefully
  • Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
