Responsibilities
Attend to B2B customers and resolve their requests with empathy, speed and a strong customer focus;
Log service requests and record protocols based on the customer’s inquiry;
Make the necessary adjustments in the system according to the customer’s request;
Monitor the area’s results and work with the team to achieve department goals.
Requirements
Excellent written and spoken Portuguese;
Comfortable interpreting, reading and composing texts;
Good typing skills required;
Basic skills with Google Workspace;
Assertive communication;
Be between 14 and 24 years old;
Reside in Curitiba or the Metropolitan Region;
Availability to attend a weekly in-person course in São José dos Pinhais (once a week);
Working hours: 13:30 to 17:30 (Monday to Friday);
