About the role

  • Associate handling bank confirmations through Confirmation.com ensuring accuracy in client financial information. Supporting audit operations and compliance within the team at Deloitte.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, process and track bank confirmations via Confirmation.com.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of outstanding confirmations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and confidentiality standards.
  • Check the invoices for monthly payment.
  • Support the business operations and other initiatives as needs arise.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business/Accountancy or related discipline.
  • Experience using Confirmation.com or audit support work preferred.
  • Good team player with positive attitude.
  • Self-starter, adaptable and comfortable to working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes precisely.
  • Work independently and prepare deliverables under established timelines.
