Responsibilities
- Provide support to Network Brokers, Business Units, Regional Units, Insurers and other stakeholders by understanding requests, directing solutions and ensuring their satisfaction:
- Contact insurance companies to clarify doubts, resolve pending issues and relay information to brokers;
- Review and forward notification emails regarding pending items, refusals and claims;
- Maintain and control the history of all communications and case handling;
Requirements
- High school diploma (complete);
- Knowledge of insurance and administrative customer-service routines is a plus;
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, etc.);
