About the role

  • Enhancing internal communication at a corporate corporate communications agency in Brazil. Managing campaigns, creating content, and fostering an informed organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage internal campaigns aligned with the company's strategy and institutional calendar
  • Create corporate content for key internal channels (intranet, email marketing, 'Pauta de Bom Dia' — Morning Brief, corporate TV, newsletters, among others)
  • Support internal marketing (endomarketing) initiatives, culture, diversity, sustainability, and internal events
  • Act as a liaison between internal departments (HR, Sustainability, Marketing, Legal, etc.) and employees
  • Measure results through surveys, metrics, and reports
  • Produce written content, presentations, and video scripts for campaigns
  • Support recognition and awards campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
  • Postgraduate degree preferred
  • Previous experience in communications
  • Knowledge of endomarketing (internal marketing) and organizational culture
  • Strong writing skills and clear communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
