About the role

Responsibilities
- Administer treatment-related nursing care
- Monitor residents' vital signs
- Take autonomous disciplinary and managerial responsibility for staff
- Plan and develop the care area
- Ensure high quality of care and adherence to standards
- Onboard and train new employees
- Accompany medical rounds and liaise with physicians
- Accompany residents to events, celebrations, and outings
Requirements
- Completed training in health and nursing (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege) or an equivalent qualification
- Certificate as a nursing specialist (200 hours) is an advantage
- Several years of experience in a leadership position in healthcare is a strong advantage but not required
- Commitment, teamwork, and reliability are required
