Responsibilities

  • Respond to tickets within the deadlines established by the team.
  • Provide prompt and effective support, resolving financial inquiries and requests.
  • Use the ERP system to control and record financial operations.
  • Perform administrative activities related to the finance department.
  • Organize financial documents and information with attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; a degree in Administration or related fields is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative routines.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, resilient, and adaptable profile.
  • Ability to work in a team and attention to detail.
  • Experience with ticket-based support is a plus.
