  • Administrative Assistant supporting the Executive Team at Continental Properties. Coordinating events, managing calendars, and engaging with external partners in Menomonee Falls.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate key company events and meetings
  • Maintain and organize executive calendars
  • Oversee vendor relationships
  • Implement and maintain the Administrative Budget
  • Manage executive travel and expenses
  • Lead special projects and provide high-level administrative support

Requirements

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, equivalent experience required
  • Preferred 2-5 years’ experience as an administrative assistant in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting executives preferred
