About the role

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for your assigned business portfolio.
  • Build and expand existing and new client relationships to increase revenue in key product areas.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and capitalize on B2B opportunities within the marketing and technology sectors.
  • Conduct virtual meetings to maintain and strengthen business relationships.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client goals and propose tailored solutions.
  • Educate clients on how to leverage business opportunities, translating their objectives into actionable strategies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients in your portfolio, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, best practices, and market trends to deliver effective solutions.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly sales goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong ability to apply a value-based selling approach in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Background in marketing or digital solutions is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or other client management tools.
