Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow to meet business needs
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and deliver timely resolutions
  • Evaluate new features with comprehensive analysis and recommendations
  • Produce and maintain detailed system documentation
  • Ensure non-functional requirements are met
  • Share knowledge and provide coaching to junior developers
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in ServiceNow designs and developments
  • Expertise in ServiceNow upgrades and API with complex integrations (REST, SOAP)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for scripting within ServiceNow
  • Comprehensive understanding of ITSM, CMDB, Service Portal, Request Management
  • ITIL certification is preferred
  • ServiceNow certificates are preferred
