About the role

  • Senior Key Account Manager developing customer strategies to drive sales and maintain partner relationships. Focused on achieving sales goals in the highly competitive FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

  • Development and implementation of a forward‑looking customer strategy that drives sales, profit, and successful trade negotiations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of partners across the customer ecosystem.
  • Leverage data from multiple sources to craft compelling narratives and inform strategic business decisions.
  • Take ownership of the P&L and lead your accounts to success by exceeding targets across all product categories.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) with a focus on Marketing/Sales
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales with major customers, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of the 4Ps and proven practical experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Nielsen Nitro (or comparable tools)
  • Fluent in German and English (at least C1)
  • French is an advantage but not required
