Responsibilities
Develop and implement a pioneering customer strategy that drives sales, profit, and successful commercial negotiations
Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of partners across the customer ecosystem
Use data from multiple sources to craft compelling narratives and guide strategic business decisions
Take ownership of the P&L and lead accounts to success by exceeding targets across all product categories
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) with a focus on Marketing/Sales
At least 5 years’ experience in sales with major/key accounts, preferably in the FMCG sector
Strong knowledge of the 4Ps with proven hands-on experience
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Nielsen Nitro (or comparable tools)
Fluent in German and English (minimum C1)
French is an advantage but not required
