About the role

  • Senior Key Account Manager at Reckitt driving sales and developing strategic customer relationships. Focused on enhancing market access in hygiene, health, and nutrition industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a pioneering customer strategy that drives sales, profit, and successful commercial negotiations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a range of partners across the customer ecosystem
  • Use data from multiple sources to craft compelling narratives and guide strategic business decisions
  • Take ownership of the P&L and lead accounts to success by exceeding targets across all product categories

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or equivalent) with a focus on Marketing/Sales
  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales with major/key accounts, preferably in the FMCG sector
  • Strong knowledge of the 4Ps with proven hands-on experience
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Nielsen Nitro (or comparable tools)
  • Fluent in German and English (minimum C1)
  • French is an advantage but not required
