Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual marketing plan activities and define local long-term strategy direction in alignment with Global team
Ensure best-in-class brand activation and execution across all channels, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, Supply, Media, Medical Affairs and Regulatory teams.
Monitor market & brand performance and own P&L accountability, delivering monthly business reviews to drive MS, net revenue, margin and profit targets.
Lead, manage and develop the team, ensuring strong capabilities, engagement and execution excellence
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in BA field or relevant
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing in the FMCG or Pharma sector
Knowledge of the Market Research databases (i.e. Nielsen and IQVIA) is requested
Solid knowledge of the English language is requested
Good presentation, communication, and analytical skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills, with an ability to think outside the box
