Brand Manager responsible for driving growth of assigned brand or group of brands in Turkey. Leading execution of brand marketing strategies in alignment with country commercial strategy.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the achievement of financial and market share targets for a brand or group of brands in the market.
Work across functions including Area, supply, sales and finance to develop and execute successful commercial plans in order to deliver financial and share plans and targets.
Manage initiative development and activation of any local brands in the portfolio including development of new products, consumer and shopper communications.
Follow the market dynamics and competition with research reports and prepare analysis based on data.
Develop recommendations and action plans accordingly.
Generate and propose business development initiatives (BDIs) for the brand(s) based on consumer, shopper and market understanding.
Work with Trade Marketing Team as required in the implementation of the store-format activation plans or optimize product assortment and promotional strategy.
Responsible for the development of Assistant Brand Manager.
Work with Sales Team to create customer presentations and meet customer requirements.
Devise short- & long-term brand strategy in response to market facts and in line with global brand positioning.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering
Minimum 4-5 years brand management experience gained in FMCG or consumer health sectors
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
No restriction to travel
