About the role
- Logistics Analyst ensuring efficient product delivery within Reckitt’s E-commerce team. Responsible for managing inventory processes, customer operations, and driving cost efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sticker of the products in inventory are managed, picked, used and set it up according to the Project Brief
- Drive embellishment cost savings, ensure efficiency
- Manage the weekly embellishment planning, ensure the necessary information, documentation for the 3PL and control their work
- Manage NPD, EPD set up in our system and inform 3PL
- Manage export process (order creation, order confirmation, shipment)
- Manage all relevant reports to advise correct information in time
- Manage the daily operation with customers (requested delivery date, changes on RDD, organize new shipments)
- Issue invoice on daily basis
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Ensure products in inventory are managed, picked, loaded and shipped-out, co-packed in line with operational targets
- Drive operating efficiencies, cost savings, and customer service level improvements within the area of transport – warehousing – co-packing
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related subject
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding and use of procurement skills for negotiation
- Experience or understanding of supply chain best practices (e.g.: Kanban, Just in Time, Kaizen)
- Fluent English and Hungarian
