About the role
- Quality representative for NPD/EPD and hygienic design at Reckitt's Qingdao facility. Ensuring compliance with safety, quality standards, and hygiene practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead and proactively manage all aspects of site hygienic design, NPD/EPD that may impact on product safety, quality and efficiency
- Ensure fully comply with Reckitt hygienic design policies, regulations and international standards
- Act as a consultant on all microbiological/hygienic subjects
- Provide expertise knowledge and advice to operations, engineering and technical teams
- Act as the leader of all microbiology/hygiene compliance issues and maintain site risk assessments
- Work closely with QA, QC, Engineering, Operations, Technical team to ensure compliance with microbiology and hygiene best practice
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Microbiology, Chemistry Engineering, Applied Chemistry, Food or Pharma related
- At least 5 years’ experience in quality or manufacturing environment of Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG industry
- Decision making skills and communication skills
- Strong data analytical and pragmatic problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to review and identify issues/opportunities in the business
- Strong knowledges in GMP, hygienic design, regulations, regulatory guidelines for cosmetic/ disinfection/medical device products
- Audit handling experience
