About the role

  • Integrated Designer creating high-quality, visually engaging design work for clients across print and digital formats. Collaborating with teams to ensure brand consistency and delivering effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce creative artwork for integrated campaigns including OOH, print, digital, social media.
  • Develop high-quality layouts and visuals that align with client brand guidelines and creative briefs.
  • Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, and project managers to deliver effective multi-channel campaigns.
  • Adapt creative concepts into various formats for both print and digital applications.
  • Ensure accuracy and readiness of files for print production, working closely with suppliers and vendors when needed.
  • Deliver optimized assets for digital platforms including websites, paid media, and social channels.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of design experience within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing integrated design work across print, OOH and digital.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience designing for both print (brochures, OOH, POS, collateral) and digital (web banners, social assets, video edits).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to prepare artwork for print production with a solid knowledge of pre-press processes.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills (English and Vietnamese preferred).
