Account Executive managing key Modern Trade and Perfumery customers at Reckitt. Driving partnerships and commercial planning with a focus on sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
Manage and develop Modern Trade and Perfumery customer accounts
Drive customer partnerships and lead commercial negotiations
Own account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
Manage commercial initiatives with a P&L mindset
Analyze data to generate insights and define action plans
Identify and develop business growth opportunities
Lead execution follow-up across customers and internal teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of commercial targets
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade and/or Perfumery channels
Proven experience in customer management and field execution
Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into actions
Commercial mindset with solid understanding of sales and P&L dynamics
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
Valid driving license and flexibility for frequent field visits.
