About the role

  • Account Executive managing key Modern Trade and Perfumery customers at Reckitt. Driving partnerships and commercial planning with a focus on sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop Modern Trade and Perfumery customer accounts
  • Drive customer partnerships and lead commercial negotiations
  • Own account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Manage commercial initiatives with a P&L mindset
  • Analyze data to generate insights and define action plans
  • Identify and develop business growth opportunities
  • Lead execution follow-up across customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of commercial targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in Modern Trade and/or Perfumery channels
  • Proven experience in customer management and field execution
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert data into actions
  • Commercial mindset with solid understanding of sales and P&L dynamics
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Valid driving license and flexibility for frequent field visits.
