Email CRM Specialist executing content strategies for e-commerce campaigns in a hybrid setup. Collaborating with teams to optimize email and marketing strategies for maximum engagement.
Responsibilities
Helping to build email, push, and SMS campaigns within the marketing platform and external tools
Coordinating the proofing & approvals process to attain stakeholder feedback
Communicating campaign details and audience segmentation
Applying best practices to marketing campaigns and identifying new ways to improve campaign performance
Monitor and optimise always-on automated campaigns: regularly update creative and conduct A/B tests to maximise omni-channel performance
Work with the product team to troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose/correct incorrect workflow triggering
Assist with QA to ensure 100% error-free execution on campaign elements and set-up
Supporting the Customer engagement team’s A/B testing goals and requirements
Assist with process improvements, quality checks, logging errors, and escalating potential issues
Report on key metrics for day-to-day marketing campaigns across email and push
Manages email marketing calendar and coordinates additional requests for CRM team
Collaborate with Commercial, category marketing, design teams to improve asset delivery processes
Support weekly planning and strategy
Additional marketing support where required
Requirements
With at least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in any CRM is acceptable
Must have experience working in an e-commerce environment
Experience in the AU Market is preferred but not required
