About the role

  • Email CRM Specialist executing content strategies for e-commerce campaigns in a hybrid setup. Collaborating with teams to optimize email and marketing strategies for maximum engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Helping to build email, push, and SMS campaigns within the marketing platform and external tools
  • Coordinating the proofing & approvals process to attain stakeholder feedback
  • Communicating campaign details and audience segmentation
  • Applying best practices to marketing campaigns and identifying new ways to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and optimise always-on automated campaigns: regularly update creative and conduct A/B tests to maximise omni-channel performance
  • Work with the product team to troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose/correct incorrect workflow triggering
  • Assist with QA to ensure 100% error-free execution on campaign elements and set-up
  • Supporting the Customer engagement team’s A/B testing goals and requirements
  • Assist with process improvements, quality checks, logging errors, and escalating potential issues
  • Report on key metrics for day-to-day marketing campaigns across email and push
  • Manages email marketing calendar and coordinates additional requests for CRM team
  • Collaborate with Commercial, category marketing, design teams to improve asset delivery processes
  • Support weekly planning and strategy
  • Additional marketing support where required

Requirements

  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in any CRM is acceptable
  • Must have experience working in an e-commerce environment
  • Experience in the AU Market is preferred but not required
