IT Governance & Finance Specialist managing budget and stakeholder relations for Agile teams at Reale ITES. Overseeing financial planning and cost management in a dynamic IT environment.
Responsibilities
Presidio di tutte le fasi del ciclo passivo (RDA, ODA, EM, consuntivazione) assicurando la corretta registrazione e allocazione dei costi.
Gestione Operativa del Budget IT: pianificare e monitorare il budget dedicato ai treni Agile, assicurando il rispetto dei vincoli finanziari e l’ottimizzazione delle risorse disponibili.
Supporto ai cost controller: collaborare con i cost controller per la predisposizione e il monitoraggio e analisi del budget, forecast e consuntivi.
Relazione con gli Stakeholder: Costruire e mantenere rapporti di fiducia con stakeholder interni ed esterni (come ad esempio Product manager, Product Owner, System Architect, Cost Controlling), facilitando la comunicazione e la collaborazione tra le diverse parti coinvolte.
Gestione del Cambiamento: Promuovere una cultura di miglioramento continuo, supportando l’adozione di nuovi processi.
Requirements
Laurea Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia o affini.
Esperienza pregressa in ambito IT Governance. In particolare dei processi amministrativi e contabili e nella gestione del budget.
Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali, con predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
Conoscenza delle principali metodologie Agile e framework di governance IT.
Attitudine al problem solving e alla gestione del cambiamento.
Buona conoscenza dell'inglese.
