Responsibilities
As the first point of contact, you answer inquiries (written and by phone) from debtors, debtor representatives, enforcement authorities and clients, weighing further escalation levels and risk considerations
You work independently and use your own decision-making scope within your remit on a daily basis
You also act as an interface to the law firms we engage
You contribute to process optimization in your area by making your own suggestions

Requirements
You have successfully completed training as a legal assistant or in office management with an additional qualification in debt collection/claims management, or an equivalent qualification
You have experience in debt/claims management
You are characterized by direct, service-oriented customer communication
You enjoy working in a team and thrive in a dynamic, IT-driven work environment
