About the role

  • Claims Management Officer handling inquiries and optimizing processes at REAL Solution Inkasso in Hamburg. Engaging with clients and legal representatives in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • As the first point of contact, you answer inquiries (written and by phone) from debtors, debtor representatives, enforcement authorities and clients, weighing further escalation levels and risk considerations
  • You work independently and use your own decision-making scope within your remit on a daily basis
  • You also act as an interface to the law firms we engage
  • You contribute to process optimization in your area by making your own suggestions
  • After completing your onboarding, you can develop a focus area based on your skills. A specialist role can be the next step on your career ladder

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed training as a legal assistant or in office management with an additional qualification in debt collection/claims management, or an equivalent qualification
  • You have experience in debt/claims management
  • You are characterized by direct, service-oriented customer communication
  • You enjoy working in a team and thrive in a dynamic, IT-driven work environment
