Responsibilities
- Provide business and technical consulting to banks, payment service providers, financial institutions, corporates, and public authorities on all payment-related matters
- Project work: business analysis and requirements engineering in both traditional and agile projects, functional and IT solution design, functional quality assurance, and project management
- Process management: process analysis, modeling, optimization, and automation
- Innovation: developing and expanding the service portfolio (Blockchain, Digital Money & CBDC, IoT, AI, etc.)
- Dynamic and collaborative team: regular team events, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths, distributed leadership, and professional topic development within our Payments community
Requirements
- University degree in business administration, (business) informatics, mathematics, or a comparable qualification with subsequent professional experience
- Experience in payments with knowledge in areas such as ISO 20022, SEPA, SWIFT, T2, Open Banking, card payments, or cryptocurrencies
- Experience in project work as a consultant, business analyst, requirements engineer, or project manager
- IT affinity, analytical skills, and a conceptual, structured way of working; thought leadership
- Flexibility and willingness to travel, and business-fluent German and English (written and spoken)
