Responsibilities
- Identify and implement new technologies applied to fleet management (telematics, tracking, TMS, IoT, routing, maintenance, and others).
- Lead system implementation projects: testing, integrations, vendor management, and internal training.
- Collect, process, and analyze fleet operational data, producing performance reports and dashboards.
- Serve as the sustainability focal point for transportation, ensuring alignment with corporate targets.
- Conduct fleet greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions inventories and monitor sustainability indicators.
- Monitor progress of the fleet decarbonization strategy, supporting initiatives, pilots, and feasibility analyses.
- Develop presentations and executive materials on results and project progression.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sustainability, Operations, Procurement, IT) and external partners (carriers and suppliers).
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of data analysis tools such as Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, and related tools.
- Experience with fleet management, vehicle maintenance, maintenance cost control, tire management, budgeting, etc.
- Basic knowledge of sustainable transport initiatives (electric vehicles, CNG, sustainable fuels, etc.).
