- Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for interns.

- Propose and implement continuous improvements to the program stages and content.
- Build and analyze program performance metrics and reports, presenting insights to leadership.

- Ensure organization and adherence to the program timelines and schedules.
- Address HR-related questions and provide support to interns.
- Support other activities and projects within the People & Culture area.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Experience in corporate health.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Preferable experience managing critical health cases and corporate wellbeing programs.
- Certification or specialization in areas related to corporate health and employee care.
- Strong decision-making skills, particularly in emergency situations and health crises.
- Experience negotiating with health insurers and service providers.
