Responsibilities
Support the strategic planning and execution of all stages of the Internship Program.
Lead recruitment, selection and onboarding processes for interns.
Build and maintain relationships with universities to strengthen our employer brand and attract the target audience.
Monitor participants’ development and performance throughout the training pathway.
Propose and implement continuous improvements to the program stages and content.
Build and analyze program performance metrics and reports, presenting insights to leadership.
Support communication and relationships with managers, interns and strategic partners.
Ensure organization and adherence to the program timelines and schedules.
Address HR-related questions and provide support to interns.
Support other activities and projects within the People & Culture area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
Experience in corporate health.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Preferable experience managing critical health cases and corporate wellbeing programs.
Certification or specialization in areas related to corporate health and employee care.
Strong decision-making skills, particularly in emergency situations and health crises.
Experience negotiating with health insurers and service providers.
