About the role

  • Data Analyst Junior contributing to the Remuneration and People Analytics team by structuring data and supporting HR decisions. Requires analytical skills and interest in data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Support the structuring, organization, and maintenance of employee databases (headcount, movements, organizational structure, job positions, salaries, and other indicators)
  • Build analyses, reports, and dashboards that support people-related decisions and contribute to the efficiency of HR processes
  • Participate in compensation cycles (merit increases, promotions, variable compensation programs), assisting with data validation, consolidation of information, and generating insights
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of people data and information processes by proposing improvements, automations, and standardizations
  • Work in partnership with Business Partners and other People & Management areas to provide analyses, simulations, and data-driven recommendations
  • Maintain documentation of processes, controls, and routines for the Compensation and People Analytics area

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields
  • Affinity with numbers, critical thinking, and logical reasoning
  • Curiosity and interest in understanding how people data connects to strategy, performance, and decision-making
  • Knowledge of Excel (intermediate)
  • Knowledge of or interest in learning data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and discipline in managing information
  • Good communication skills to translate data into clear messages
  • It will be a plus if you have:
  • Academic or professional experience with data analysis, dashboards, metrics, or basic modeling
  • Knowledge of Power BI, DAX, or SQL
  • Interest in a career focused on Compensation, People Analytics, or HR Planning
