About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage the release of impounded vehicles, vehicles involved in criminal activity or legal disputes, and vehicles recovered from theft, robbery, or misappropriation.
- Actively engage with external stakeholders (suppliers and public agencies) and internal stakeholders (related departments) to ensure and expedite fleet vehicle releases.
- Contribute to the optimization of specific processes and daily routines by identifying and proposing new solutions and approaches.
- Prepare legal justifications and positions to support the release of impounded or recovered vehicles.
- Participate in process improvement cycles aimed at optimizing the area's operational metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Strong analytical ability to solve problems effectively by evaluating multiple alternatives and identifying the most appropriate solution for each context.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Analytical, results-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach.
- Proactive, communicative, collaborative, and action-oriented profile.
- Experience working with public agencies or in criminal law/legal teams.
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association).
- Knowledge of Power BI and Artificial Intelligence.
