Responsibilities
Manage and develop a strategic portfolio of partners (sellers), focusing on performance and profitability;
Conduct advanced analyses of sales, KPIs, and market behavior to support commercial decisions;

Lead meetings and strategic presentations of results with sellers and internal stakeholders;
Work in synergy with internal areas (pricing, marketing, supply, planning, etc.) to ensure optimal execution of initiatives;
Identify opportunities to expand the portfolio and enhance competitiveness in the channel;
Contribute to continuous process improvements and the dissemination of best practices within the Marketplace team.
Requirements
Solid experience in account management and seller relationships in a Marketplace (farming);
Analytical and strategic profile with strong negotiation skills and business acumen;
Advanced knowledge of Excel, Google Merchant, and data analysis tools;
High organizational skills, autonomy, and strong execution capability;
Commercial mindset with a focus on performance and profitability;
Good communication and ability to build relationships across different teams;
Previous experience in dynamic, results-oriented environments.
