About the role

  • Junior Analyst managing benefits routines in healthcare assistance for RD Saúde, meeting demands and processing data efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for benefits routines with a focus on healthcare assistance, including:
  • – Processing enrollments and changes;
  • – Adding and updating employee records;
  • – Calculating amounts;
  • – Verifying information;
  • – Sending data and liaising with vendors.
  • Responding to requests via:
  • – Email;
  • – Internal ticketing system;
  • – Microsoft Teams.
  • Monitoring and directing activities such as:
  • – Completing checklists;
  • – Scheduling the operational activities of the area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel level;
  • Experience with the LG system is desirable;
  • Preferred experience in Personnel/Payroll routines, with an emphasis on benefits.
