About the role
- Analista de NOC/SOC responsável pelo monitoramento da infraestrutura e suporte técnico na RCX, garantindo a continuidade do negócio.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of servers, network assets, links, and systems;
- Register network assets, servers, and services in the monitoring system;
- Log incidents and track the resolution of incidents;
- Open tickets with third parties (link providers, third‑party systems);
- Perform basic connectivity tests and, if necessary, escalate to the on‑call technician;
- Meet SLAs for response, escalation, and outage notifications;
- Complete shift handover documentation at the end of the shift;
- Assist in updating the client's infrastructure documentation;
- Perform basic configuration tasks on network assets according to company documentation;
- Provide first‑level infrastructure support
Requirements
- Knowledge of networking, TCP/IP, and remote access;
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, and systems monitoring;
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience as a Monitoring Analyst or in similar roles
