About the role
- Application Analyst supporting RIS and EHR systems at eInformatics, enhancing healthcare IT services and providing training to clients.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate customer service skills with responsiveness to client requests for support assistance
- Provide end-user training at customer sites on software operation and configuration
- Exceed customer expectations by meeting established deadlines
- Review client requirements; perform analysis, design and documentation of workflows
- Provide expert guidance and assistance in the use of system parameters and dictionaries
- Develop test plans and complete testing prior to deployment
- Maintain proactive communications regarding open tickets with clients, vendors, and implementation team members
- Clearly document communications and actions taken
Requirements
- Solid problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience with financial, administrative, and clinical dictionaries/applications
- Knowledge of physician office or radiology operations and workflow
- Experience developing technical documentation
- Previous experience with MS-SQL, Crystal Reports, HL7, Practice Management software, physician billing and EDI
- Exceptional customer service and client relationship skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and understanding of database structures and concepts
- Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years related experience
