Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with technical, new-building, and operational teams to define and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Sourcing and managing suppliers to enhance vessel performance, safety, and passenger experience
  • Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans for nautical categories
  • Engaging with suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure supply chain reliability
  • Identifying opportunities for cost savings and technological advancements
  • Supporting new-building projects and ongoing maintenance with innovative procurement solutions

Requirements

  • Extensive experience within nautical procurement
  • Strong understanding of nautical systems, technologies, and industry standards
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of delivering cost-competitive, differentiated solutions at scale
  • Strong commercial mindset and a keen problem solver with a strong personal drive
  • BSc or MSc in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar (beneficial)
