About the role

  • Operations Lead driving LATAM Offline Advertising strategies and execution for Rappi. Connecting logistics, supplier management, and commercial execution for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the LATAM Offline Ads strategy and roadmap
  • Own GTM strategy: product design, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement
  • Lead end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring operational excellence and quality
  • Own budget, P&L, forecasting, and margin optimization
  • Build and manage suppliers and logistics partners across markets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Ops, and Data
  • Lead and scale a high-performing regional team

Requirements

  • 4+ years in offline advertising, OOH, trade/experiential marketing, or activations
  • Strong experience in logistics, supplier management, and budget ownership
  • Proven ability to build and scale products or business units
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
