- Senior Manager leading Debit Networks & Processors at Capital One. Driving strategy and oversight for Debit payment types with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- lead the Debit Networks & Processors function at Capital One
- design and lead critical strategic management and monitoring across Debit payment rails
- work closely with key Debit payments stakeholders to deliver results
- oversee the detailed analysis of Debit related issues and events across Capital One
- escalate major risks and issues to Senior Management and oversee resolution
- connect with Debit partners across the ecosystem
- develop and maintain strategic insights and key processes for Debit Networks & Processors
- identify ways to improve and streamline current monitoring processes
- ensure Debit payments issues and events are identified and documented appropriately
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
- At least 5 years of People Management experience
- At least 5 years of Process Management experience
- At least 3 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal and external business clients
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience delivering large-scale initiatives in support of organizational change (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience working in payments (preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit (preferred)
- At least 6 years of experience leading cross-functional teams within an organization (preferred)
- At least 7 years of People Management experience (preferred)
- At least 7 years of Process Management experience (preferred)
