Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and convert upsell and cross-sell prospects through proactive outreach and account analysis.
Present JOIN’s solutions in a compelling, value-driven manner — in German and English.
Own your pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene using Salesforce.
Anticipate churn risks early and implement strategies to maximize customer retention.
Collaborate closely with Account Management, Marketing, and Product to deliver maximum value to clients.
Design and test outbound sales strategies tailored to your market segment.
Lead cold-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads and book meetings.
Document and iterate on best practices and outbound sales playbooks.
Requirements
2–3 years’ experience as an Account Executive, SDR, or BDR — ideally in SaaS or tech.
Fluent in German and strong English communication skills.
Confident presenting and consulting via phone, video, and in-person meetings.
Strong pipeline management and disciplined forecasting.
Reliable, proactive, self-driven, with a growth mindset.
