About the role

  • Product Marketing Manager at Rain translating technical capabilities into clear materials. Collaborating with teams to drive successful customer outcomes and enhance enterprise growth.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain customer-facing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, product sheets, and case studies.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear guides and documentation.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to document new features and product updates.
  • Create customer-facing product update communications, release notes, and feature announcements.
  • Stay on-top of competitive updates.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine key messages and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Work with Marketing on campaign assets and thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in product marketing or sales enablement at a B2B fintech or Web3 company.
  • Exceptional writer and communicator.
  • Execution-focused with high attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with technical products.
  • Customer-obsessed.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills.
  • Intellectually curious about fintech and crypto.
